1. Who we are
This website is run by the Office of YB Ng Sze Han, State Assemblyman for N30 Kinrara and Selangor EXCO for Investment, Trade & Mobility.
2. What we collect
Quiz: your answers, persona and (optionally) district — never your identity. Voice wall: your message, district, topic, mood and nickname, and contact details only if you choose to give them. Technical data: a hashed device ID and IP address, used only to prevent abuse. Analytics: cookie-less and aggregated.
3. Why we collect it
To count blocks on the Bina map, publish approved messages and insights, reply to you if you asked us to, and keep the site safe from spam.
4. Who we share it with
No one, except agencies you ask us to contact on your behalf.
5. How long we keep it
Raw quiz records: 12 months (counts are kept as totals). Approved messages: until you ask for removal. Rejected messages: 90 days for audit. Contact details: until your case is closed, or 12 months, whichever comes first. Technical data: 30 days at most.
6. Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, and withdraw consent at any time.
7. Security
HTTPS everywhere, two-factor login for admins, daily backups and uptime monitoring.
