How moderation works
Automatic filters run first (profanity lists in BM, EN and 中文, link blocking, hiding of personal numbers, duplicate detection, three messages per device per day). A moderator then reviews each message once a week: approve, reject with a reason code, or flag for follow-up by the service centre.
Reason codes
R1 3R provocation · R2 hate, threats or harassment · R3 personal data about others · R4 defamatory or unverified accusations against named people · R5 spam, ads or links · R6 off-topic or unreadable · R7 duplicate · R8 urgent personal case: not published, handled by the service centre.
Languages
BM, English and 中文. Tamil messages are accepted when a Tamil-reading moderator is available.
